Valentine’s Day is fun when you have someone special to share it with. And it doesn’t have to be romantic.
The holiday is a fantastic excuse to eat good chocolates, to let someone know they are loved or to make frosted heart shaped sugar cookies and give them to neighborhood kids.

The way to my heart, a perfectly grilled filet mignon and veggies prepared by my loving husband for Valentine’s Day dinner
Hopefully, all will agree that Valentine’s Day represents love. The beauty of love is that it is meant to carry on forever, it’s not a one day deal.
This is the definition of love:
4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things…
1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Every time I look at that picture, I get hungry. That was a Lobel’s steak shipped from NYC. It was so darned delectable. Flavor for days, juicy and melt in my mouth succulent!
I was thinking of your excellent tenderloin recipe last week. 💖
