I have been meaning to ask you if you have been to the Mystery Castle in Phoenix. I have not been, but my parents told me it was an entertaining tour. Mary Lou Gulley, the woman whom the Castle was built for, led their tour. I think she was in her mid 80s, she has since died. Here is a link to a story written about Mary Lou Gulley and the Castle. I think it would be a fun subject for you to write about on your blog!
