For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed going through thrift and junk stores to hunt for treasures. The thrill of collecting is enough to get me out of my cozy bed at the crack of dawn to be one of the first at a garage or estate sale. I love being able to have a cup of tea with my girlfriend across the street, just a few short steps away; and connecting with neighbors throughout the week. I am also grateful for the many conveniences city life affords. The bigger the city, the more energized I feel. But there is a farm girl not so deep within me.

Stehekin is located at the northwest end of Washington States’s pristine 50.5 mile long glacier fed Lake Chelan. It is a key stop for hikers along the Pacific Crest Trail before the trail ends in Canada.
